Jen is the co-owner of Bourbon Barrel CrossFit. Her athletic background is in the area of endurance sports primarily as a competitive distance runner. Jen is the head coach of CrossFit Kids/Teeen program at Bourbon Barrel, specializing in engaging our youngest members by helping build a healthy relationship with fitness.
Jen has completed her CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Kids Certification, and her Pregnancy Postpartum Athleticism Coach certification and training to be an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT) which further supports her drive to provide an inclusive training environment.
Her passion lies in helping individuals grow, become healthier versions of themselves, and engage in long term sustainable activities to achieve this. Jen is also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach; with a focus on sustainable nutrition with a focus on individual needs, intentionality, and moderation.
Jen uses her other professional knowledge to help people make sustainable changes. Outside of the box Jen works with individuals as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Analyst providing both counseling and applied behavior analysis services to help support individuals in a healthy mind and body.
