Homeschool CrossFit Kids
For the homeschool kids and families out there, Jen has 20 years experience working with children in a variety of areas including coaching, training, and building skills. Contact us to set up a homeschool class to get PE credits by attending 1-3x a week during the day. These classes will be designed to meet the needs of the individuals in the class while teaching skills and building confidence. Class time will be 45 minutes long.
Adaptive Athlete Training
Our coaches Jen and Kyle are trained to provide adaptive and inclusive training for athletes with a variety of support needs. CrossFit-Swim Workouts
Come join us at the Family Activity Center in Shelbyville, KY where you may participate in a CrossFit swim workout, designed to incorporate the two worlds of fitness together. If you are a beginner swimmer, swim recreationally, or have been on a swim team this is for you. All workouts will be scaled to meet the needs of the individual skill level and comfort in the water.
