Monday-Friday: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30 AM Yoga with Andrea Perkins; 9:30am CrossFit

CrossFit Kids: Tuesday and Thursday 3:45pm-4:30pm

CrossFit Pre-teens/Teens: Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm

Open Gym:

  • Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm; 6:30pm-10:30pm
  • Saturday: 10:30am-10:30pm
  • Sunday 5am-10:30pm

**Schedule will operate year round unless times are updated on here to reflect that. No kid or teen classes will happen during Shelby County Public School fall break, Christmas break, and spring break. Teens that have been coming will be given permission to attend adult classes during these breaks.
